Exciting opportunity to drive and implement change initiatives across key financial functions, including Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Treasury, and Risk Management.

In this high-stakes balance sheet management environment, lead structured change management processes, ensuring seamless adoption of new systems and methodologies while addressing the human element of change.

Responsible for conducting impact assessments, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and developing change strategies that align with business objectives.

3–5 years of change/project management experience, a relevant degree, and expertise in trading or financial markets. Certifications in Change Management and Project Management (CAPM, PRINCE2) are advantageous.
