An amazing opportunity to join a rapidly growing talent marketplace start-up to lead their efforts in expanding their presence in the African climate and clean energy market.

 

You will lead and mentor a growing team, develop strategic relationships with key clients, and drive revenue growth across diverse sectors including DFIs, climate-focused corporations, and NGOs. Other responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the climate space, overseeing the business development team by setting goals and fostering a collaborative culture, managing CRM systems and reporting on sales performance and client engagement, and standing in as a representative of the organisation in industry events.

 

The successful individual must possess 5-10 years of experience in heading up/managing a business unit and 8-10 years of experience in sales and business development. Experience in climate, clean energy, or development sectors, particularly across Africa is extremely advantageous.
