HUMAN RESOURCE BUSINESS PARTNER (FEMALE CANDIDATES ONLY) – ROSEBANK

Boutique investment and private equity firm seeks to employ a Human Resources Business Partner as part of their team.

The role will be responsible for supporting the COO and CFO in managing the entire Human Capital function for the business in terms of organisational culture and employee wellness, end-to-end talent management and acquisition, learning and skills development, onboarding, labour relations, and driving CSI related initiatives.

To apply, you are required to have a Bachelors degree in HR Management/Industrial Psychology, a minimum of 2-5 years of HR Generalist experience in a boutique financial services firm, and experience working on CSI projects.
