Exciting opportunity for a seasoned, innovative and detail-oriented payroll specialist to join a South African development finance institution as the Head: People & Culture Admin & Operations!
The role will be responsible for the efficient management of the end-to-end payroll process, the optimization of the P&C SAP system in terms of the maintenance of employee and payroll data, as well as engaging with the configuration team to enhance the payroll system. He/she will also manage the P&C Admin & Operations team, and act as functional support to the Head of Remuneration when required.
To apply, you are required to have a Bachelors degree/National Diploma in Human Resources (or related field), 5-8 years of experience in managing teams within Payroll and P&C Administration/Operations, and worked with SAP HCM extensively.
