INTERMEDIATE INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER X 2

Exciting prospect for two Intermediate-level Instructional Designers to join the Institute of Training for a leading South African financial services organisation.

The successful candidates will be required to conduct key needs analyses by engaging with stakeholders across the various business areas. Utilizing the 6Ds methodology, technical product information, systems and SOPs, these individuals will be responsible for designing and developing assessments, learning curriculums and associated learning material for the business, developing storyboards only for digital training material for facilitator-led training workshops and induction programmes.

Candidates must possess two years’ Instructional Design experience in a fast-paced environment and a relevant ETDP qualification.

Candidate who only possess e-learning experience will not be selected for the role.
