SECTION ENGINEERING MANAGER - MUSINA

Are you ready to lead and inspire a high-performance team? As the Section Engineering Manager, you’ll spearhead the Plant Engineering & Maintenance team, driving them to meet production and business continuity targets across an integrated value chain. This role demands extensive plant experience, particularly in ore processing, and comes with significant responsibility, including legal accountability under a 2.13.3.1 appointment per the MHSA. You’ll oversee the safe operation, maintenance, and reliability of our fixed plant equipment and structures.

A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or equivalent is required along with Government Certificate of Competency (Mines).
