HEAD OF PRODUCTION

We are seeking an energetic and strategic Head of Production to lead our Filling departments, including the Emulsions and Oils teams. If you have a BEng/BSc in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) and extensive experience with high-speed filling machines and packaging lines in FMCG, Pharma, Cosmetics, or Plastics environments, this role is for you. You'll oversee 2 direct reports and 43 indirect reports, driving innovation and excellence. Exceptional communication skills and a hands-on approach are essential, along with a proven ability to collaborate with dynamic, high-performing teams.
