HEAD OF COLLECTIONS, CREDIT AND RISK - JOHANNESBURG

Responsibilities:

• Assume overall control and accountability for Group Credit & Risk Policies.

• Draft, recommend, amend, and implement changes to Group credit, risk, and collections strategies.

• Lead the development of collections platforms, systems, and solutions.

• Continuously refine and enhance collections systems for a competitive advantage.

Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualification, preferably a BCom or BCom Law Degree.

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role or organization.

• Previous experience in the Financial Services sector is essential.

• Experience in the Microfinance industry is advantageous.

• Strong technology skills.
