Popular Investment Bank with an established track record requires a Director level Corporate Finance candidate. The main responsibility includes establishment and maintenance of key client relationships, including origination and execution of significant mandates for large clients.

This position is for someone who has originated and executed mandates successfully and has led teams on larger transactions.

This is a leadership, key relationships, and a technical role where the candidate will be required to perform all tasks involved from origination to closing of transactions. 8+ year experience in a similar role is non-negotiable.
