HEAD OF CREDIT AND RISK - JOHANNESBURG

Responsibilities:

•  Assume overall control and accountability for Group Credit & Risk Policies.

• Draft, recommend, amend, update, and implement changes required to the Group credit, risk, and collections strategies.

• Play a leading role in the ongoing development of the Group's collections platforms, systems, and solutions.

• Ensure continual refinement and enhancement of collections systems to provide the Group with a competitive advantage.

Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualification, preferably a B Com or B Com Law Degree.

• Minimum of TEN years' relevant working experience in a similar role or organization.

• Previous experience within the Financial Services sector is essential.

• Experience within the Microfinance industry will be advantageous.
