HEAD OF LEGAL: M&A AND CORPORATE TRANSACTIONS

Powerhouse Financial Services is currently seeking a strategic Head of Legal to lead their M&A Corporate Transactions team. This pivotal role will encompass; providing legal solutions with a focus on commercial contracts with third parties and corporate transactions, guiding a team of seasoned legal professionals, an in-depth knowledge and detailed understanding of mergers and acquisitions (both in country and cross border), dealing with the JSE listing requirements and the JSE debt listing requirements.

Admitted Attorney or Advocate with a minimum of 8 years post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years in the Financial Services sector is required.
