SENIOR MANAGER: PRE AND POST INVESTMENTS/DEAL MANAGEMENT

Established Financial Services company is looking for a CA(SA) with extensive experience in pre and post investments/deal management.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in pre and post investments/deal management

• Loans/Equity and Project Finance experience is required

• Deal structuring or restructuring experience would be ideal

• A strong track record in people management is essential

• CA(SA) qualification is non-negotiable

• Position is based in Gauteng
