How the engagement works
- Each assignment is set out in a Scope of Work agreed with you before it starts — the work, the deliverables, the duration, the rate.
- Independent contractors engaged through Paton run their own registered businesses and contract with us for the assignment. They are not employees of Paton Personnel, and they do not become employees of yours. You get the expertise and the deliverables. We handle the contracting, invoicing and compliance.
