  • Responsible for talent management, culture and organisational transformation, skills and capacity development, employee relations and the associated administrative processes;
  • People management advisor to the Executive Committee;
  • Managing the Human Capital Executive Committee and HC governance processes;
  • Maintain and review the organisational structure of the business;
  • Enable the implementation of training and development programmes;
  • Implement remuneration frameworks;
  • Implement performance management frameworks;
  • Responsible to implement Employment Equity Plan, strategies and targets;
  • B-degree in Human Resources;
  • Registration as a Practitioner with the SA Board of Personnel Practices;
  • 5 years HC management experience in a progressive people management environment;
  • Track record of successful implementation of organisational transformation initiatives, including culture transformation;
  • Proven track record of successful project management planning and execution of HC projects;
  • Working knowledge of relevant employment legislation and regulations;
  • Experienced in dispute resolution at the CCMA.
